The first half is focused on the adoption of new knowledge and the second half on the successful application of the adopted knowledge. The programme consists of four two-day seminars. The core aspect of the programme is the systematic development of the participant’s own sphere of responsibility. The sphere of responsibility is analysed from a variety of perspectives. The seminars consists of short lectures and presentations, assignments and case exercises. The studied issues are applied to one’s own situation in a concrete manner. Other teaching methods include: short films, team discussions and individual assignments. The issues studied between the periods are applied in practice, and experiences are discussed during the next seminar. For more information: |  |
