VIA Senior Leadership in Action, VIA Leadership in Action, VIA Public Administration in Action and VIA Team Leader in Action development programmes of management compose the Leadership Academy, an entity unique in Finland and throughout the world.

When the key employees of the organisation share an understanding of the basic concepts, people can communicate and lead effectively. Thus the management culture really affects the operation of the organisation. The common framework for all the three programmes is the Vision into Action model (VIA).
